In line with the Government Roadmap to recovery we continue to review our services to ensure we are supporting and protecting our colleagues and customers as we work hard to deliver crucial services and keep everyone safe.
We are working really hard to catch up on any visits that we had to cancel and would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for your patience and understanding. We are still following the latest guidance and we ask that you help keep everyone safe by continuing to
- Ventilate your home where possible while our engineer is in your property.
- Ask everyone in your home to stay in another room while the engineer is working OR if not possible, always keep at least two meters away from them and if possible, wear a face covering.
- let us know in advance if anyone in your home has Covid-19 symptoms in the two weeks before we visit OR has been asked to self-isolate for any reason. We can still help with emergencies, but we’ll need to tell our engineer to take extra precautions before they visit.
- Please keep your phones with you during the appointment to help keep the NHS Track & Trace App alerts as accurate as possible.
