Gasway Services shortlisted in national heating awards

Gasway Services, East Anglia’s largest heating company, have been shortlisted in three categories for the 2020 Heating & Ventilation news awards, including the highly prized Domestic Heating Contractor of the Year category.

Nick Bartram Managing Director of Gasway said:

“It’s great to be recognised by our industry peers for the incredible success Gasway continues to achieve.  Everything we do is underpinned by our core values, great people doing great things, relentlessly improving performance and delivering outstanding customer service.  We are proud of what we do and the service we offer to our customers and we are delighted that our achievements have been recognised as part of these prestigious awards”

In 2019 Gasway won the H&V News coveted “Training initiative of the year” award for its incredibly successful apprenticeship program in partnership with City College Norwich. Three of the apprentices supported by the training initiative will be looking to build on the program’s success and return to East Anglia with trophies in the two Apprentice of the Year categories.

Daniel Cooper, Phillip Barnard and Jayden Kellyman were successful in securing places in the  Gasway L3 Gas Engineering Apprenticeship and are now in their second year.

Delighted to be nominated, Philip gave his thoughts on the program.

“Working for Gasway as an apprentice has given me the best possible start to a new career I could have asked for. From the beginning it has been clear that Gasway are a forward thinking, professional company that offer support and development opportunities for their staff”

The awards ceremony will take place on April 30th at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.
