Free Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Offer

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the provision of a complimentary 7 kW EV charger by Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited, a trading department of Gasway Services Ltd.
2. Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to customers who purchase a new or upgraded air source heat pump system or a Solar PV system of at least 3 kW from Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited.
3. Provision of Charger: Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited will provide a 7 kW EV charger, selected at its discretion, from a manufacturer of its choosing, free of charge to eligible customers.
4. Installation:

• Installation of the EV charger is not included in this offer.
• Customers may arrange installation at a competitive rate through Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited, starting from £250 plus VAT, subject to site survey.

1. Upgrades: Customers may opt to upgrade the provided charger at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Warranty:

• If Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited installs the charger, it will be covered by a 12-month warranty.
• Customers who choose to self-install the charger will not receive any warranty coverage from Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited.

1. No Cash Alternative: There is no cash or discounted alternative available in lieu of the free charger.
2. Withdrawal of Offer: Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Modification: Blue Flame (Colchester) Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at its discretion, without prior notice. Such revisions shall become effective immediately upon their publication on the company's official website or other authorised communication platforms. Online publications shall represent the definitive and current iteration of these terms and conditions, superseding any printed, published, or distributed versions subsequent to the date of said revisions.
4. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 (or its successor legislation) by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties.
6. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions, and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall be interpreted and enforced as if the provision had never been included, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
