ISO:9001 Quality Management System certification proves that as a business we are constantly delivering the highest service with regards to product and service quality. Not only this, it details our commitment to continuous improvement and measures of how we plan to constantly deliver this level of service and further improvements planned.

In order for us to achieve this certification once again, we had to prove we were conducting our working practices in regards to service in line with the standards that are outlined by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), monitoring and reviewing all working ways and service being delivered constantly. We did this through a series of internal audits and inspections as well as through an annual internal ISO Management Review Meeting. The audits are undertaken by members of the Health & Safety Team, with each auditor having completed an external course on internal ISO auditing, proving their competency levels to conduct these audits. This process is done over the course of several months, the dedicated time and work that goes into these audits and to obtain this certification is significant and testament to the team.

Following our internal audits and meetings, we are then audited against the standard by an external third party who are accredited to authorise us this certification. This audit took place and lasted half a day, following completion of this external audit we were informed we had successfully retained our certification and such our updated certificate issued.

Once again, we are extremely pleased to be able to show our commitment to service and quality via this accreditation, an accreditation which is recognised worldwide as dedication to the highest level of quality management with over one million organisations worldwide being independently certified, proving ISO:9001 certification as the leader in quality management and Gasway as a recognised business dedicated to service and quality via holding this certification.
